On Wednesday night, San Francisco-rooted shoegaze artist Wisp (Natalie Lu) took the stage at Metro on her "If Not Winter" Tour with support from hyperpop artist Aldn and pop duo Dream, Ivory. The tour follows the August release of her album of the same name.
